HTTP Error 404.3 – Not Foundが出る問題の対処法

ASP.NETで、ページにアクセスした際に「HTTP Error 404.3 – Not Found」が発生する問題で対処に少しはまりましたのでメモします。以下のエラーが発生しました。

HTTP Error 404.3 – Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

対処法

単にASP.NETが入ってないだけでした。以下の.NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services以下のASP.NETにチェックを入れてインストールして入れた気になっていました。

ここではなく、以下をチェックしてインストールすることで無事ASP.NETが動作しました。
